RSI - RuneScape Stress Injury cont... Mining is yet another tedious skill. It takes approximately 2-5 seconds to mine an ore, wait 2-120 seconds for the ore to respawn and then mine it again. How can you call this a game when all you are really doing is clicking and then waiting a few minutes? Then we have the rebels that use a program called an "auto miner." Though this may seem like flushing the game down the toilet, maybe this is only a cry for help as players are actually having to resort to a program playing the game for them instead of enduring such boredom. Players want something more than just clicking everywhere as if it was some button bashing Street Fighter round without the flashy graphics or rewarding gameplay. Some players find this game so boring that they even put a TV in their computer room just to make the time go by a little quicker. Players like Zezima, I can't believe where they have all the time to gain so many levels, it takes 1 hour-1 month to gain a level on Runescape, so Zezima must have a huge amount of time on his hands. But I cannot imagine how boring it must of been for him to gain all of them. I think that Jagex should actually play their game. And instead of wasting their time with bloody Random events and different coloured horses and instead think of ways in which they can improve the overall gameplay. One of them easily being a way to skip tutorial island for a start. We also have scammers, whom like auto miners are very anti-social to send a "key logger" to someone's computer just to get their Runescape password. Thus possibly a way they can avoid mining coal certificates. I once mined 200 coal certificates in two days only to get a measly 200k profit. These scammers earn about 5 million gp in a day. Makes you think how many players have broken the rules in order to avoid the tediousness of the reality of playing this game. So what does this all mean? well I hoped that by reading this you may have opened your eyes to maybe doing something else instead of working on that extra mining level. I am not one of these people that will say "get out more" since as you are reading this I am probably on my thousandth MF run on Diablo II or kicking some *** on Counter-Strike. I am just saying that you should do something besides leveling up your character. It is antisocial after long periods of time. I am not saying stop playing Runescape altogether. Since RS2 is out now, why don't you go on a journey through the Wilderness or explore Edgeville dungeon or something, as that seems to be the only fun that exists in Runescape. By Evadek	Monthly...
