September 11,2001 was a tragic day,
Many people sat down and prayed.
Hoping their loved ones were safe and sound,
And not buried under debris while pinned to the ground.
Policemen and Firefighters tried to save,
But died as the buildings fell in like a cave.
Many people tried to get out
but couldn't.
All the Firefighters and Policemen were supposed to get out,
But wouldn't.
From California to Maine,
Everyone felt the pain.
